Ctm service

To give you background why I am listing this complaint I need to clarify a few things. I work for a construction company and am busy doing additions at my home.

I ordered 40m2 tiles at CTM brackenfell, as advertised on their website last week Saturday.

First answer was no stock available.

They sourced it at another branch. All cool. I paid the full amount last week, excluding payment for tile paste required, and confirmed delivery for today, 21 October 2020.

I phoned to confirm this morning that delivery will take place this morning.

Answer was as follows. "Pay your transport first".

After a short verbal altercation I was told that I basically can go to hell. "Please send me your bank details and we will refund your money"

Not acceptable.

Personally, I will never refer or promote CTM. Unfortunately the company I work for, I can not make any recommendations to change. But the wheel turns.
