Ctm Secunda

I have had trouble for two days with CTM Secunda. I got told that they have stock off a certain tile I wanted to buy, eventually, when I paid for my stuff, all of the sudden they don't have enough stock.......struggling for two days to get my stuff....wouldn't even rate them a 1 star????....they keep on telling me lies and gives promises ....even the owner doesn't do anything about the situation.

The manager, Ntombi, said she will fetch the tiles herself and deliver it to me, after phoning many times again, she **** to say they will be at my house within 10mins....that was 2o'clock.....nothing....lies, lies, lies......this is the second time we are having a bad experience with CTM Secunda.....
