CTM refusing to refund me
I bought tiles and glass shower door at CTM Bethlehem, when I went to collect it due to space I couldn't take everything. So I had leave the door. Later when I realized that I won't be needing it anymore. I'm requesting for refund, the supervisor and the manager are playing hard to get. They don't want give me money bag. CTM employees are ****ming people watch out guys.

29 May 2024, 18:32Like I said I never took the shower door, 2 days I a delivery note that confirms that the door was delivered in CTM Phutadutjhaba. After this feedback I'm waiting for consumer service or customer care to advice on way forward. My last contact with her today was the CTM Bethlehem Owner will give me a call at 12pm but till now nothing has happened.
