CTM Prospecton branch is the worst!

CTM Prospecton branch is the worst!

There were less than 5 customers in the store, yet there was no consultant to help any of us! Eventually when I finally located an employee, I took her to the item which I wanted to purchase, I showed it to her. She then however invoiced the wrong item. When I point this out to her she tells me that I must go to the dispatch side and ask them for a credit note so she can re-invoice the item!!! It was her error, yet I must liaise with another department to get it fixed!

Finally the correct items were invoiced. I go to the dispatch side to collect my items. I wait a good 15mins to get assistance. There was no assistant to be found! They load the items. Next day when my tiler wants to install the tiles. IT IS THE WRONG TILES!!!

I had to be inconvenience yet again by their incompetence and go back to the store for the correct tiles! I am beyond appalled by their service!
