CTM - prospecton

<p>If you live on the south coast of kzn and are looking to purchase tiles then I strongly suggest that you do not go near Ctm in prospecton. My wife and I have just experienced the worst service we have ever come across, along with getting ********** of a box and bag of cement. There is no management in existence at this particular branch and the staff have no idea of customer service or know how in getting back to customers. It is truly a sad state of affairs, and I can guarantee if this kind of service continues and is not addressed this branch won't be open in the foreseeable future. </p>
