Hellopeter MENU Ctm Paarl A review of CTM by Eva G on 11 May 2018 Like Share Comment Report Supercharge Convert Ctm Paarl Good day Trust you well About a month ago I went down to Ctm Paarl about my showers knobs, that is not working any more, the sales person told me, I have to replace the whole unit in my shower, they don't replace the knobs only, Now.. I have a problem, if I put in a shower unit for about R3000. They must tell me, look if this knobs is not working anymore, you have to replace it with a new unit. Than I would took something else. Something that I wound replace in about 10 years time, but this is about 4 years now. I went down to see if they can order the shower knobs, they told me that story, and that unit is about more than R3000, I went out to see maybe onothet supplier will be more helpful, they were very nice and more helpful at this place, but they don't sell that type of units. I went back to Ctm, and told than it is unexceptable, I believe they can order just the knobs, the sales person took the knobs and said he will find out but not sure if he can get it. So I'm waiting. About 2 weeks I went back to make an enquiry about it, they didn't know about this, and the person is not there anymore, the lady there took my details and ask for photos of the unit, I came home took the photos and send it to her. Yesterday I make an enquiry again and she said she will call me back just now. She didn't call me back, I went there and she explained to me she forwarded to the supplier and he ask her to send the photos again to him, it shows me that he didn't do anything about it. They would've call me by the end of the day, and I'm still waiting on the call. Now I want you to step in, because they took the broken one, they can't find it, and I'm stuck with a shower that I cannot use. I need your assistance regarding this matter.
