CTM Online was a breath of fresh air in a South African commercial environment that almost always disappoints and under delivers. My enquiry was professionally and quickly addressed. Andrea of CTM Online worked out the requirements of quantity of skirting board , quarter round and adhesive required .She ensured that everything would be as per the manufacturer's specifications.She spent considerable time talking the entire application though with my chosen installer.Everything had to be transported for Johannesburg to Hoedspruit. Andrea got three competitive quotes . The goods arrived when she said they would.There was follow up from her to ensure all was good and that I was satisfied with the service and the product. I will strongly recommend CTM Online to anyone looking to have an installation of tiles in their home or office.Oh and ask for Andre , she was fab !!!!
