CTM online not so much online

I ordered a basin with tap online and indicated that I would like to collect it from their Menlyn branch. A lady phones me to inform me that I have to go and pick it up from Gezina. I said no, I was then told that they can deliver at an extra fee.

I am now waiting for her to email me to arrange getting my money back... Quite poor online shopping.
