CTM NORTHRIDING

Very Poor Service,

Shower Door Glass Shattered - I purchased a complete Shower Unit from CTM NORTHRIDING and after 1 Year of use, one of the Glass Doors in our Shower Cupboard shattered. I went back to the store where i purchased the item with hope that the manager (Basil) of CTM NORTHRIDING would help or assist me as the product was purchased from them. Unfortunately the Manager was totally unhelfull and even went so far as to blame it on poor installation.

It was the worst service i have ever experienced.

I will never shop there again and i would not recommend the store to anyone.
