CTM Northgate - a sorry excuse for service

I am so frustrated with the service received from CTM Northgate Island. I've placed an order almost 3 weeks ago for a shower panel, which was due to arrive on 3rd of Sept. I was to be called on that day to collect, which did not pan out that way. I then called twice this morning to hear if the panel arrived, only to be told they will check and call me back, which again, never happened. My husband then decided to go into the store to purchase the panel to then find that it was never ordered and they do not have stock. The service and communication is pathetic to say the least.
