CTM Northgate

Bought a 1.2 mm glass shower panel from CTM Northgate that exploded into a million pieces while being unboxed for installation injuring the installer. Was simply told that there was nothing to be done. 100% of the risk lies with the buyer even if the glass was patently defective. At R3700 per unit I would not recommend buying the item because of the risk involved and the lack of responsibility by CTM.

Hi ****er ,

This is a very regrettable incident  and we hope that your installer are not too serverley hurt.
Tempered glass is designed to break on impact as a safety feature to avoid any fatal or life threatening injuries to any person while using the shower cubicle and shatters into smaller pieces. This usually occurs when the corners or sides make contact with a solid surface that causes it to break on impact.

We tried contacting you with no answer ,kindly advise when is the correct time to call you.

We value your feedback.
