CTM NON delivery and my name is listed on credit bereu with cancelled account

I dont know how many times i wrote emails to ctm and RCS to remove my name from credit bereu. i app**** for credit in 2018 towards the end of the year and i bought my mom bathroom sets .. paid for delivery and the items where never delivered until i had to cancel because i was suppose to start paying installments whereby the items where still in the shop. i went to CTM gezina where i wanted to buy the bathroom set from . ever since i have been asking ctm to close this account and remove my name from credit bereu . this thing is worrying me because everytime when i check my credit score it shows as if someone is paying the account because the amount was initially R3000 now its on R719 REMAINING. CTM is not doing anything about this matter . can i get asssitance plz . can this **** account be removed from my name and the account to be closed .
