CTM NON DELIVERY
Donr rely on delivery promises. Placed a big order with promised delivery for 30th April. After not hearing anything phoned the store (lonehill/paulshof) only to be told thar the ONLY forklift was broken and they can't loaf or deliver. Ridiculous excuse. ONE FORKLIFT??? They now don't know when it will be fixed. Totally unacceptable service.

30 Apr 2025, 16:55And to continue this story. I get a Whatsapp saying sorry delivery wont happen today (at about 13:00). I tried phoning but no answer. I then drove to CTM Lonehill only to find that truck IS being loaded for delivery. This was now about 14:30. At about 15:45 truck is ready, but NO DRIVER!!!!!! So now delivery is APPARENTLY only tomorrow. What a total unmanaged mess!
