CTM Newcastle: Unprofessionalism!

We bought and installed a shower door from CTM Newcastle less than two years ago. We bought the Prima Bella corner entry shower door. We knew that if in case there is a fault or a door breaks CTM will replace it. Well here we are with a broken shower door asking for a replacement from CTM and they tell us THEY HAVE NO PARTS! Now whose fault is that? Apparently the company liquidated. We've made numerous trips and calls to CTM with no help or support from the staff, to this day we are waiting for a reply from the manager Eric. This is a joke honestly. Now we're sitting with a R3000 bill for a replacement and mind you we had to fit a COMPLETE shower! Such unprofessionalism and dishonesty from CTM why tell people there is a guarantee and parts are guaranteed when they can't pull through.
