CTM Nelspruit pathetic service

I needed 100 square meters of laminate flooring for my house. Over webstore I managed to get 2 thirds which they got from various Ctm store in the country. How can such a big company only have 2 to 4 squares available per store? I paid R4000 delivery for them to collect all over. I managed to laminate 3 bedrooms and a hall way. I needed 2 boxes to finish the hall way. At CTM Nelspruit I bought the 2 boxes which was not at their store but in Bryanston. They gave me the invoice with the address and I arranged collection. The courier guy attempted to collect twice from that address. They then cancelled my collection and want me to pay again for collection. How do They trader like this. It is pathetic. I will never buy from them again
