CTM Nelspruit disappointed me😞

CTM Mbombela has really disappointed me, on Monday 19/12/2022 we bought a toilet set worth R1799 my husband went to collect it and it was loaded into the bakkie with their folk lifting machine when we got home while we were offloading it into the garage the toilet slipped through out underneath the box 📦 the box was not strong enough and not well secured just like that we our money went down the drain because the toilet was broken and when I phoned them the following morning 20/12/2022 the manager said there was nothing they could do because it was out of their shop, she further said she can't tell their suppliers how to do their packaging. I was very hurt and disappointed because it was also not our fault that the box that was used was not well secured.
