CTM Mthatha are doing ***** business. Check your till slip before leaving the store. They'll ***** you

Good day, I bought plumbing materials at CTM Mthatha last year. Some of the stuff that I bought was taken off from display and they gave me a choice to either wait for new stock or take the ones on display at 30% off. As I didn't have much time, I took the displayed items. They rang the sale and concluded. When I got home, I noticed that their 30% off was actually R30.00, I called them thinking it was a genuine mistake, but they didn't even know me. I gave them my cellphone number as they requested for them to check on the system, it was not there. The guy requested for my surname, it was there but misspelled. Xolani was the name of the guy who assisted me. I was furious to notice that these guys were *****ing me, broad daylight *******. I requested that they refund me all my money and take back their stuff and I told him I was not in a position to drive back to Mthatha which is 130km to and 130km back. Till this very hour, that hasn't happened. I went to On-Tap to replace those items. CTM Mthatha is doing ***** business. I noticed this for the very first time as I have been their customer since they were still in town and not moved to the new premises. Mrs Dukada who owned the business knows me and most of the staff members. Both my houses in Mt Frere I used CTM Mthatha from anything that has to do with plumbing to tiles, never thought this could happen to me. Xolanis defense was that the girl who assisted me on the till was new. If he was genuine then, he could've sorted the matter out amicably. I want my money.
