I'd like to compliment one of your employees, WILLIE SWANEPOEL, for the excellent service he provided me during this week.

After a very frustrating phone call to CTM Port Elizabeth, I phoned CTM Mosselbay, what a wonderful surprise it was to talk to someone who was totally professional, helpful, accurate, effective, and clearly very good at what he was doing.

He didn't just do the sale, he went far beyond what was his duty, he provided me with his personal number. I was phoning from overseas, so he wanted to save me money. He made sure I had someone else to talk to while he wasn't at the shop. He made himself available to me on his day off - YOU ARE AWESOME THANK YOU.
