CTM Montana - Worst Customer Experience

I am currently receiving the worst possible service from CTM Montana. I bought a toilet set without a toilet seat which I was told to come get it from the store as the stock wasn’t there. I have went there three times already, when I get there it’s still not there! I am a heavily pregnant woman who has to drive over 120 km for nothing, which I don’t have energy for. My plumbers cannot finish doing their job because of this, the renovations of my bathrooms are on hold. I am not getting any solution from the store! This is so frustrating. Why have items on the floor to display when you don’t have stock in the first place. So inconsiderate!
