CTM Master of poor service

Terrible service. After making multiple orders not once was the correct order given. Now another order for backsplash and were told that we will have it on Tuesday. Its 3 days late we recieve a call the backsplash is in the branch but when we get to ctm they tell us no they havent recieved anything.
