CTM manager Craig Pillay is rude and no respect to a customer
I have supported CTM for many years and have spent alot of money at their stores,so I am moving houses and noticed that I had forgotten to return some boxes of tiles that are still in their packaging so I called CTM Umhlanga and spoke to a rude manager by the name of Craig Pillay who did not even want to listen to me and demanded that I produce a receipt even though I informed him that he can check my cell number on their system as when I purchased these items the salesman informed me that they record all purchases on my cell number on their system so if I lose the receipt I can just furnish my cell number,I guess this was just to get a sale,Craig did not bother even to check my cell number on his system and repeated that I have 90 days to return items.I even informed Craig these tiles are in their original packaging and CTM can confirm this is their product as well,but Craig did not want to hear anything else.I will never support this pathetic company again and I will take the matter up with the consumer goods and services ombudsman,CTM you should really look at training or replacing Craig as he is definitely a liability to your brand!Stay away from CTM people theu take your money very fast but when you need assistance theu don't care!

With regards to our return policy, kindly note that you have 90 days to return your products that are in a resalable condition. We have liaised with CTM Umhlanga and they have confirmed that your tiles are almost a year old. With that being said, we are unable to assist with a refund or a return because the 90 days has passed and that we will not be able to sell them to the next person since tiles have a different batches and shades.
