CTM ITC listing falsely

am very disappointed in how CTM is handling my issue of being removed on ITC. i opened an account with CTM and took bathroom set on credit .. my order was never delivered and i then decided am canceling the whole thing .i signed documents and took them time to remove the debt under my name as i kept getting invoices that i owe certain amounts.now when i apply for anything CTM comes up as if am paying every month.i send emails asking for my name to be removed on ITC its been a year am still waiting .
