CTM is a Joke

I bought material at CTM springs on the 13th of July 2023 and the delivery was promised on the 15th of July 2023 but it never arrived, I ended up receiving the oder on the 21st of July 2023 and it wasn't complete, I had to spend more money to fetch the remaining material myself on the 22nd of July to get the rest. I made another oder on the same day( 22nd Of July) and I was told the goods will arrive at the store on Monday 24 July. I called the store and I was told they have no idea where is the truck is or ETA. I already have the contractor working, on top of that I had organized transport to pick the goods. CTM is a joke and have no consideration for their customers. Oh did I mention that they wanted me to pay extra for a price difference, shelf price vs the system price were not matching. You guys are not serious about things.
