CTM good non delivery but am billed

i app**** for credit to buy bathroom sets for my mom for her birthday present in December. i went to CTM gezina where i choose the bathroom set and i paid transport money cash and the bathroom set i paid using the ctm credit card.when i got home to my mom s place i received a call from ctm and was told that the delivery money was too little they calculated wrong and that i have to add on the money i already paid. we then came to an agreement that i will receive the goods when there is delivery to where i come from as i didn't have money to add on the deposit money. the whole of December i waited everyday for my delivery and no communication from CTM Jan i went to the shop to cancel the order and i was offered the credit money and i explained that i dont want the money i want it to be placed back to the CTM credit card ...and it should show that i never bought anything.. i was promised that it will be sorted within 10 days ...today i received a statement that reflects that i owe CTM ...i called CTM so many times in december .i even went to the shop to cancel.. also on the day i was cancelling the order a mistake was done again and i was asked to leave my CTM card at the store which i did.in all this i have been very understanding but the treatment am getting it very poor .
