Ctm failed me

Hi I bought tiles at Ctm in February and yesterday I went to buy other tiles so that I can finish up what I've started in February. I payed R1. 6 hundred including Cement. I dropped off the tiles and left the guys to install them. And to my surprise when I came back the tiles they gave me at ctm and the tile I choose on the floor were different. And I emeddiately phone the store and they asked me to take them pictures and send to them via whatsap and they've further transfered me to the store manager who told me there's nothing he can do since tiles were open and used. It took me 6months to save that money Goshhh!And I drove to the store hoping for a positive outcome and when I got there the manager told me the same thing that he can't help me since all 3 boxes were used he said the guys whomever are putting tiles should have seen that shades were not the same. I skied the guys the guys to take those tiles off since they were not the same. What they said at ctm is that they don't have those tiles I wanted anymore while my argument was they scanned the same tile on the floor yet they gave me something else. I had to pay another R1. 5 for a total difference tile because my wall is now a mess and out of the wrong tiles they have me they offered me only two boxes of tiles for free. I mean can I really loose R1. 6hundred like that plus help me my number is ********** 808.
