CTM don't reply to hassles

I'm still waiting - 3 weeks later - for help with a leaking kitchen tap.

This is after at least 4 emails (including CTM Head Office) and 2 phone calls.

All I want to know is if they have washers for taps bought 3 years ago.... a simple question with a big household problem as taps are expensive to replace.

Don't bother buying from CTM if you will need service or assistance in years to come
