CTM don’t honour their discount prices!!!

Worst experience ever, ordered a product online, spoke to a sales consultant regarding how the delivery works, they were just going to confirm delivery price and send me an email with a link for payment. Only to get the link but the price had changed from R400.90 to R1249.90. Phoned in for the 5th time to find out what is going on, they will phone me back. Phoned in again just to speak to a new person, sorry there was a huge mistake and they can’t honour the price. Told them the site is still showing the R400.90 price and they asked me to WhatsApp them the photo. Did that , the guy hasn’t even looked at the photo yet. We placed the order way before they realised their mistake. They want to give me a R100 off my next purchase. The calls I made to their office was more than a R100. Consumer protection.
