CTM does not stand by their quality as promised in their marketing

<p>We bought new bathroom toilet, basin e,.g at CTM two months ago. The toilet lid cracked after my husband lost his balance and had to press his arm on it. I looked everywhere for the terms and conditions for the one year guarantee but nowhere to be found. Went to the store today and the person told me in a rude manner that they do not have to replace something that we broke. He could also not give me the terms and conditions of the guarantee. Does not say much for the quality and we had to pay R550 for a new one. Very dissappointed in the quality and the guarantee, it means nothing. But can tell them that they lost a lot of future sales from us because of this incident as we have just started plenty of renovations in our house :(</p>
