Ctm does not show transparency

I bought over 20000r from ctm online for home improvements after everything was done I had about r1000 of seeled goods left that I took back to Alberton ctm, they told me it’s to early they don’t have cash they will do a eft, I signed for 927r to be paid back, they credited my account with 584, when I phoned a lady named Celia told me that she will phone me back and tell me what happend she never phoned back I phoned her, she said the lady in admin will only be back around 1, she will then give me a call, it never happens I phoned about 3 and asked what is happening... how can she pay one amount then leave for several hours... Celia phoned me back and said it has been paid I should wait till the next day for it to reflect, well it’s the next day nothing reflects... clearly someone is making me a fool. If I spend more than 20thousand by ctm and this is the service I’ll take my business somewhere else in the future cause they can’t be trusted with small amounts. This is ridiculous
