Ctm do not respond to requests for info. Goodbye Ctm

I bought a kitchen mixer +- 4 years ago and expect the washers to degenerate over time. I have sent messages to them 23rdJanuary 2022, 25th January 2022 and 1 to Head Office 29th January 2020 requesting assistance with replacement washers, not a serious request but needing assistance nonetheless. (The last email request was diverted to the Consumer Goods Council of SA, not by me)

NO response received...not even an acknowledgment of my request.

As a National retail outlet I have lost faith in buying their products if they cannot service a simple request ..what would they do with a complaint??
