CTM Brackenfell selling defective "entry level" toilets

I purchased a Coral Dual Top Flush Toilet system on 16 June at CTM Brackenfell since my old toilet had been giving problems for months. It had a leak but could flush very well.. The toilet was installed by a reputable plumber about a week later. On installation i called the plumber back as i was not happy with the flush, especially after defeating. I called the owner of the plumbing company and her came to inspect it himself and was happy with regards to the installation. He then suggested that i call the company where i bought the toilet namely CTM Brackenfell. Immediately i went to CTM and explained to them about my problem. Within a few hours the dep branch manager, Pieter Bredenkamp was at my house to do his inspection and explained that this is a level entry toilet and he could not see anything wrong with the flush. My wife explained our experiences with the system and that since my previous toilet flushed probably this current one suppose to do the same. A week later, Pieter arrived and did various tests and sent his report to the supplier of this make of toilet. Personally i would never recommend to the public this brand (Coral Dual) as at times one would need two flushes for excrement. The manufacturer Ceramic Industries could not also find anything wrong with this brand. Mr Bredenkamp then called me back with his feedback and suggested he will then supply me with an more expensive toilet (different brand) at the cost of the previous one (about R1200 inclusive with all the accessiries). .Unfortunately CTM you really cannot expect me to pay for removal and installation of another toilet . You are responsible for selling these inferior toilets and therefore you should then pay for the installation as well as give me a better branded toilet system. This is really been an inconvenience for me. Also bear in mind, my water bill with the previous toilet was high probably because of the leak in my toilet, but since the installation of the Coral Dual i dont anticipate any difference, as i am still sometimes forced to use two flushes after ...
