CTM BRACKENFELL dont pay vendor
CTM Brackenfell het ons gevra om teëls na n klient te ry op 28 Jan 2021. Yankhela wat werksaam was by CTM Brackenfell, het ons ges***el en gesê dat hy die betaling aan die drywer sal maak wanneer ons die teels kom optel. Na n vele oproepe na Lynn en Reniel, is ons vandag ingelig dat hul nie n betaling sal maak nie.
Meer as 20 maande word ons aan n lyntjie gehou. Hoe kan mens local ondersteun as dit die tipe diens is wat jy kry.
Ons het baie koste aangegaan om die teels te laai en weer afte laai by hul klient.
CTM Brackenfell asked us to drive tiles to a client on 28 Jan 2021. Yankhela who was employed at CTM Brackenfell called us and said that he would make the payment to the driver when we came to pick up the tiles. After many calls to Lynn and Reniel, we were informed today that they will not make a payment.
For more than 20 months we have been kept on a leash. How can one support local if that is the type of service you get.
We incurred a lot of costs to load and unload the tiles at their client.

Yankhela phoned me ( 28 Jan 2021 ) and told me that he slipped up the day before and did not send his clients complete order. He ask if I can help him with the transport. I told him that I can help, but who is going to pay the transport. He told me that he will give the cash to my driver when we do the pick up.
Last week CTM Brackenfell told me that they refuse to pay me. After all the calls I made and the waiting for CTM to look into this, Reniel just refuse to pay.
I myself is a big client of CTM Brackenfell, I have spent more than hundreds of thousands of rand at CTM. The amount that CTM had to pay me was only R580. It's not a lot of money, but it's the principle of the matter. I helped CTM when they were in a panic, and that's how I am been treated .I have the proof that the client got the tiles.
