CTM BALLITO. I visited the Ballito Branch of CTM, with a small problem I was having with a Toilet seat installation. I met Vincent, who I thought was a an assistant or sales person. He could have simply expalned to me how to install. Instead he took apart a seat and showed me, step by step what to do over about 25 minutes. I was bowled over by his care and effort. I then found out while chatting, that he is the franchise Owner in Ballito. No question why I will support him in future and confident that his business will grow. 5 STAR definitely.. Michael
