CTM ARE A RIP-OFF
Ordered bathroom tiles from CTM. Charge R500 for delivery, even though tiles cost R5900 and everyone else delivers for free if order over R500 or R600, but ok, I need the tiles so I pay the extra R500 for delivery. When they get there they refuse to bring tiles into house because are about 15 stairs they must walk up to get into house. So I say but I paid you R500 for delivery, guy says sorry even if 1 stair to climb it is an extra R150. Well, I just went dilly, are they insane, was so tempted to cancel order and get my money back but thought, ok, they here, will pay them another R150 to go up 15 stairs but will NEVER EVER use them again !!!!!

We are sorry that our delivery procedure was not clearly communicated to you. We charge for delivery because, your stock will be insured and should anything happen to your stock en-route to you we will replace it .

but after paying R500 for delivery one would expect them
to climb 15 steps to deliver inside your house, like takealot,
but no worries, i simply will go elsewhere next time.

large items, that require 2 people to carry, INTO my house,
all FREE delivery, so obviously one would be shocked to find
out after paying R500 delivery they want another R150 before
they climb a step, a bit shocking indeed after Takealot free delivery.
Anyway, will need to do kitchen tiles once bathroom tiles all done,
and am sure you cannot imagine me buying them from you, sorry.
