CTM almost Cost ME MY LIFE_ I almost DIED

I wish I'd select a 0. I ended up in Casualty due to the shower door glass breaking up on me whilst I was finished showering and opening the right sliding door to exit. To this day, I'll say that God protected my life. I have wounds, I bled, my bathroom was a mess (I have a video and picures- all sensitive as I'm naked but happy to share with the rel store manager (female, or I'll close off my face and *******s). I hate this shop with passion. This isn't the first time this happens, in 2021 the same happened after I was told that the glass is strong - CrystalTech St. Marco Chrome Corner Entry Shower Enclosure - CTG801 - 885 x 885 x 1850mm. I complained and they took months, actually almost a year prior to fixing it. Again we're in the same raod.

I will sharing with anyone willing to HEAR ME OUT! Their personnel did the insertion. He confirmed to me that this glass is strong and can live up to 5 years! I almost died. My savings, close to zero on medical aid as I was given a drip, pain meds, shock management meds, antibiotics etc.

I hate THIS SHOP!
