CTM Alberton - Not refunding me after double payment.

Made an EFT payment after getting a quote on tiles. Then on the day of pcik up, they said I need to either wait for payment to reflect, or pay again and they will refund me the money I paid over via EFT.

This was on the 8th of March. after numerous follow up emails and calls, I have not yet received my refund and its the 24th now.

R13K isnt a small amount of money you just forget to pay a client back...
