CTM aka Chinese Tile Market (poor quality products)

CTM must stand for Chinese Tile Market. From the first 46 boxes of 800x800 tiles I bought I had an issue with the poor quality of their porcelain tiles. I opened 8 of the 46 boxes and all of them had chips on the edges, like it was made out of chalk. I must admit, they were quick to accommodate me and tried to replace it but eventually we had to ask for a refund - no issues with that process. A week later we bought a shower from them. Well, again poor quality. The glass panels does not fit, one of the panels are too long causing the slider door to get stuck. I will have to go and ask for another refund just to go and buy from somewhere else. But now I have to pay someone again to have it refitted (double the cost now). I will never in my life buy from them again and I do not recommend them to anyone.
