CTM adds unwanted items to online shopping cart
I recently ordered some items online from CTM Polokwane Baubab Gardens. When I checked the invoice I noticed that they just added items without my consent i.e 6 extra bags of tile adhesive, tile cleaner and 3 aluminum edges. The sales rep Busisiwe Sithole fails to respond to my requests to collect the items and to refund me. Customers also have 90 days to return unopened/unused products in their original sellable condition. I paid them R449 to deliver the unwanted items and they cannot expect me to pay someone else R300 plus to return it. Thank you.
