I bought tiles and cement at CTM Vaal in Vereeniging two weeks ago. Last Friday my builder took the leftover tiles and cement. They are supposed to refund me but they're not doing it. I called about 5 times today and oom the last call the lady told me she can't get a hold of her HR Department. Really!

31 Oct 2023, 09:12Hi Diana ,I would like to apologies for inconvenience caused to you , please note that our sales team do advised customers about our returns policy ,we normally advised customer that their refund will be refunded back to them and the money will reflect into the bank account within 24 to 72 working hours ,and by using another method is 7 to 14 working days depending on the bank.
