Cracked tiles

I purchased 27 boxes of 600mmx600mm porcelain tiles on the 08 May 2021 and when the constructor started working on the 23 May 2021 he found that 1 box had all 4 tiles cracked and I was advised to take it back to CTM for exchange and when at the shop the sales lady send me to the dispatch area and when I reached there I was asked how we offloaded the boxes I told him it was a box after another and then the dispatch guy said no exchange because its being long time I told him according to CTM policy its says within 90 days. He told me to go back with the box of tile and use it for skating, I felt disrespected and he's got too much to do, there was one guy whi said the customer complaints is valid the box is not even opened and this other guy disputed my complaints and helped other customer with similar issue without asking him any question and I said to myself is it because I'm a woman or what?
