CON ARTISTS- OVERPRICED AND NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

I will NEVER set foot in this excuse of a store again!

In October 2024, I purchased what was supposed to be a "top-of-the-range" tinted glass shower for our holiday home—only for it to fall apart in a matter of months. Just three months in, the wheels were completely seized and corroded, and the thread holding everything together was stripped beyond repair.

When I contacted the store, instead of taking responsibility, they palmed me off to some rep named Ludwig, as if it was MY responsibility to chase down their supplier. Excuse me?! I bought the shower from YOU—not some faceless middleman!

Hours later, the salesperson miraculously discovered that the installation was "done incorrectly"—a convenient excuse to dodge any accountability. Apparently, the wheels needed to be sealed, which was never mentioned at the time of purchase. How convenient!

Then came the next blatant lie—I was assured that replacement wheels would be arranged, only to be told later that they don’t even keep extra stock! So not only did they sell me a substandard, overpriced product, but now I have to drive from Paarl to Somerset West at my own expense just to buy a new set of wheels—for an outrageous R900!

This store is a complete rip-off, peddling low-quality, overpriced junk while refusing to stand by their products. Avoid at all costs!
