Close your doors CTM - POOR!

Absolute the worst customer experience ever at CTM Mafikeng and Rustenburg! Mafikeng branch is a disgrace, unhelpful, *********** bunch of workers that has been put together to run a store. I feel sorry for CTM, close your doors while you can, makes only sense to me and the many reviewers before me as i could see how bad it actually is. (too late for me however)

Show room stock not available or too little in stock - if you advertise it make sure at least you have stock or remove it from your displays!

Now to get to tile quality. Tiles sold as A grade is not A grade, skew tiles packed with straight tiles - hope your sales went up on this as well! Spending quite bit of money and seeing even the tile layer complaining on how bad it is makes me wonder if i should remove all the 180sq tile and dump it in front of you office. Your promise on tile quality is a thin line prior to s****ped tiles.

Don't forget you will get harassed by their Rustenburg truck delivery guys - borderline ***ual harassment if you thinking to leave your friend/wife there when they are delivering, think again - pathetic. I drove several hundred kilometer to Rustenburg branch to lay a complaint with Rayment the branch manager.

Now also, Rustenburg branch books out stock from other branches, the no stock issue had me cancel an order and take other tiles from a different branch - i have to drive probable to Potch branch to beg for a refund on this other tiles. Its a pity Raymond tried his best to help, however the other branches failed miserably.

So CTM, you will never ever see me in your stores again! (except for the refund) I hope others read this poor quality rating to make them think again if they are going to get the best tiles or service money can buy. There are many other tile stores, choose wisely!
