Cheap products at a high price

I do not even want to give one star to this place because they dont deserve it. We purchased a set of Almani taps for our bathroom sink and not even two years later they both have broken. We took the cold water tap in and we were told sorry, you will not receive a refund or a replacement as it is our fault that it broke. This is infact not the case. This is unacceptable. Such expensive taps and it is poor quality! CTM I will never support you again!
