Broken tiles on multiple occasions - CTM
VERY disappointed with the attitude of the store.
This is now the second purchase in a week where the tiles were loaded by staff and driven home, only to find cracked tiles in the box - Its not the cracked tiles I have an issue with - in fact if it was one then 'whatever' - but mulitple broken tiles and the attitude of - "ja, but maybe there were not packed correctly "not our problem?", maybe you drove badly "not our problem", maybe you put them down to rough "not our problem". We have been carrying tiles for years - we can tell if the box we are loading has broken tiles in it. - NOT OUR PROBLEM.
"No we can't guarantee there are no broken tiles - but how are we to be sure its not cause you unpacked incorrectly?"
Oh and the "yeah sure - We will get the manager to phone you back" - crickets
My advice to ANYONE buying at CTM - get the store to open every box instore and check for ANY broken / chipped tiles and get that nonsense resolved.
