Broken tiles.

I ordered tiles from ctm for collection and delivery to Kathu. They wrapped the heavy tiles with only clean wrap. Upon delivery I get called to collect broken tile. Who is to blame. The courier or ctm. They said they don't do bubble wrap. It's freaking tiles. They are fragile. Long distance. So irritated. R600 LATER
