I’ve dealt with a lot of stores over the years, but my experience with Selina at CTM Welkom was on another level. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel seen and valued not like just another sale.

She walked me through the whole tile yard, explained the difference between porcelain and ceramic in plain language, helped me calculate quantities so I wouldn’t overbuy, and even pulled out a few budget friendly options that looked way more expensive than they were. When we found an issue with stock availability, Selina took ownership immediately. She phoned other branches, found a solution, and kept me updated the whole time so I wasn’t left wondering. She also gave me honest guidance on grout colours, trim, and what to tell my tiler stuff that saved me money and headaches later.

I left CTM Welkom feeling confident, not confused. The whole job went smoothly because of the groundwork she helped me lay on day one.
