Be Aware of the pitfalls of CTM products

Purchased a Bathroom Cabinet with Sink @ CTM NORTHRIDING LAST YEAR. The cabinet drawer was loose and now broken - not stable. Called them this morning and explained the situation and asked if I could buy a new drawer to which they rep**** yes. I travelled to their store in NORTHRIDING and they advised I had been advised incorrectly and I could not buy a drawer. The Manager came however he was dismissive and said there was nothing he could do except I buy a whole new unit at a cost of approx R5500. Another consultant Ryan suggested I go to Timber City and they could repair. I drove to Timber City and they couldn’t assist as CTM Units are exclusive to them so when anything goes wrong they are not fixable as you cannot buy their parts locally as their products are imported. Ryan said I should call him if Timber City do not assist however as yet he has not come back to me. So just be aware if you purchase CTM products they are not repairable.
