BAD TIOLET SYSTEM

I bought a tiolet system at the CTM Brackenfell branch. The system doesn't flush properly cant even flush a piece of toilet paper. When i wanted to exchange it they told me they dont do that. How do you know the tiolet doesn't work properly untill you install it. Its a very poor system which use so much water because you have to flush it so many time after you do your business. They just told me they dont exchange after i phone them and one of the sale people said they do. I had to take the tiolet there and have to bring it back to re install. Why do they sell something that is actually costing you to use more water then saving water. Very very poor system and service. That tiolet need to be taken off the market. I need a refund because now i have to go buy something better. But not at CTM.
