Bad service... Had to have the workers go back due to stock not delivered

I came here to buy a bath tap on Thursday and had to return to the store to sort out Kgathiso's mess. He said the bath will be delivered on Friday and to date the bath was not delivered. I am so angry @ the customer service here @ brakpan. A phone call would have been nice...
