Bad service from CTM's online shop

On the CTM website they indicate that they transport goods to Zimbabwe - and on top of that the goods are fully insured. I bought some tiles Online early this year (2108). On delivery by Mitchell Coots in Gweru, Zimbabwe, they discovered that some tiles were broken. Sadly efforts to get them to deliver the broken tiles has been to no avail. Its been so many months since it happened.

Do not be fooled - the load is not insured as claimed otherwise they could have easily replaced the tiles.
